E-posters instructions

Whether or not you are attending, you can share your research worldwide during #RSNlive17.

To do so, create 1-2 slides to be broadcast during the conference and uploaded on the website. Slides should be created in power point (16:9 format –  template downloadable here) and can include videos, figures or graphs.

We recommend that you make your slides as visual as possible, with limited text (but please make sure your name and contact details are clearly presented).

If you want to submit your slides, please read carefully the following instructions and send an email with all the requested material to rsnlive@bath.ac.uk.

When submitting your e-poster your email should contain:

  1. A PDF poster formatted as a 16:9 landscape format document with font size no smaller than 11.  See this PDF poster template and this PPT poster template files for an example). The submitted file should be less than 5 Mbytes and be saved with the following filename structure: [YourSurname]_eposter_RSNlive17
  2. A list of 2 keywords
  3. An image of your poster or an image representative of the research (max 1 Mb, in jpg or png format), named [YourSurname]_image_RSNlive17, which will be used as the featured image for the blog post showing the e-poster

NB. e-posters will be accessible by the world wide web community, therefore authors wishing to reserve some rights on their work/presentation are invited to add a disclaimer or a logo to their e-poster (e.g. Creative Commons license). Also, authors should make sure that the material they present does not cause copyright infringement.
